We've been notified that HVAC units where some of our equipment is in 55 South Market, San Jose (Market Post Tower) are being evaluated.
The proactive notification from CoreSite indicates they are investigating. We are also currently monitoring our equipment and temperatures and will take corrective action if any changes are necessary.
Summary Description of Event: The HVAC unit providing cold air to your equipment is being evaluated for proper operation. If CoreSite determines the unit is in need of emergency maintenance, CoreSite will send a subsequent notification.
CoreSite will provide you with periodic updates until the evaluation is completed.
At this time we have seen no increase in ambient air temperatures to any of our equipment.

We're doing a quick emergency maintenance on the vclient. You won't be able to access the web interface for 10-15 minutes.
There is no server/instance or other downtime associated with this event.

Summary Description of Event: The UPS unit providing protected power to your equipment has been determined to be operating properly. All ups units are online and functioning normally.

We have received the following emergency maintenance notification from CoreSite, the datacenter vendor where our San Jose based servers are located.
Location of Maintenance: CoreSite-55 S. Market “14 Floor IDC”
Summary Description of Event: The UPS unit providing protected power to your equipment is being evaluated for proper operation. If the Facilities Team determines the unit is in need of emergency maintenance, CoreSite will send a subsequent notification.
CoreSite will provide you with periodic updates until the evaluation is completed.
Because of the potential for service interruption in the event of a power failure, we will be monitoring the situation closely. In the event of a power loss we will work to restore services as quickly as possible.
Note: Our equipment is split between the 3rd and 14th floors. Equipment on the 3rd floor will not be impacted in the event of a 14th floor power issue.

We've just been alerted to an issue with one of our upstreams in San Jose, CA by our monitoring systems. We have removed them from our mix and traffic appears to be normal.
You may see some route reconvergence for a few minutes depending on your location. If you're experiencing an issue please open a ticket with a traceroute so that we can investigate further.

Update:
The latency appears to have been related to an issue with one of our upstreams. As we continue to investigate, we have removed them from the mix and traffic has returned to normal.
We will continue to investigate the root cause.

We are investigating a short period of connectivity loss between the 3rd and 14th floor in San Jose, CA.
Some dedicated and colocation customers in San Jose on the 3rd floor were impacted.
There was no impact to Virtual and Transit services.

We've received the following notification from CoreSite regarding our space on the 14th floor of 55 South Market Street:
We've noticed a 2 degree temperature uptick from our monitoring but nothing major at this time.
Space on the 3rd floor is not impacted.
We will be monitoring the temperature closely and will post an update if any action is required.

Legacy (v1) Host Server 176 is currently experiencing an issue and is offline. We are investigating further and will provide updates on this status page and via email.
Update: The server is recovering and instances are coming back up.
