We will be performing an upgrade on our Sigapore Cloud POP during    
the following timeframe (Local SGT timezone).

Start:  2017/07/23 08:00:00 SGT (UTC +8)
End:  2017/07/23 10:30:00 SGT (UTC +8)

This maintenance will impact: #hostname.

Anycast traffic will be automatically re-routed during this event.

During the maintenance window, we will be performing upgrades on both
our network and cloud infrastructure.  Your cloud server will be safely
suspended and unavailable for a period of 45-90 minutes during this         
maintenance event.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and will work to minimize impact 
to your services as much as possible.

End:  2017/07/01 23:30:00 CEST (UTC +2)

Anycast traffic will be automatically re-routed during this event.

During the maintenance window, we will be shifting network
connectivity, as well as shutting down some parts of our cloud for
physical relocation.   Your cloud server will be safely suspended and
unavailable for a period of 1-4 hours during this maintenance event.

2017-06-03: Denver POP Upgrade – June 3 2017

the following timeframe (Local MDT time)

Start:  2017/06/03 20:00:00 MDT (UTC -6)
End:  2017/06/03 23:59:00 MDT (UTC -6)

Anycast traffic will be automatically re-routed during this event.

During the maintenance window, we will be shifting network
connectivity, as well as shutting down some parts of our cloud for
physical relocation.   Your cloud server will be safely suspended and
unavailable for a period of 1-4 hours during this maintenance event.



2017-03-30: IAD2 – Reston BGP Maintenance April 1 and 2

Upstream provider Cogent will be performing maintenance.  Due to the nature of the maintenance, we will be diverting BGP traffic away from Cogent in the IAD2 POP.

Anycast customers configured for an anycast group including Cogent will see traffic diverted and automatically re-route to other POPs.

Start:  Saturday April 1 2017, 11:30pm EDT (local time in Reston VA)
End:  Sunday April 2 2017, 6:30am EDT (local time in Reston VA)

Minimal impact is expected, as BGP will automatically re-route traffic.  For any questions, please open a support ticket.




2017-03-29: Dallas Anycast – Emergency Maintenance

Due to a performance degradation identified in the Dallas POP, our engineers are conducting emergency maintenance on our routing platform

15:00 CDT - Anycast traffic has been diverted, anycast customer traffic will automatically re-route to other POPs

15:45 CDT - Anycast traffic has been re-enabled in DFW.  We are monitoring network performance.

17:00 CDT - DFW network is stable, no further impact or changes are expected
